Khadija Alrubaei is an experienced infrastructure planning leader. With more than a decade contributing to the shaping of Abu Dhabi’s urban planning and transport sectors, she has played a key role in advancing high-impact initiatives and fostering innovation in capital project planning. In her current role as Acting Executive Director – Governance & Planning Sector at the Abu Dhabi Projects and Infrastructure Centre, Khadija leads the advancement of optimal capital project budget allocations, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities to maximize public value.
