His leadership consistently drives delivery excellence, emphasizing safety, quality, and sustainability aligned with client objectives and national development goals.

Hosam’s comprehensive strengths cover the entire project lifecycle—from initial planning and scope definition to risk management, stakeholder coordination, execution, and project closeout. At Parsons, he has led teams exceeding 200 professionals, successfully delivering high-profile projects including road networks, water infrastructure, public landscapes, and critical facilities. Prior to Parsons, Hosam held senior roles at Dorsch Gruppe in Germany, where he directed municipal infrastructure initiatives, and he began his career in Egypt with technical leadership roles overseeing complex construction and engineering projects.
