Dr. Saif Sultan Al Nasri is the Undersecretary of the Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT) in Abu Dhabi, where he leads strategic transformation across infrastructure, urban mobility, and public service delivery. With over 27 years of executive experience, he has played a pivotal role in shaping Abu Dhabi’s development landscape.

He is currently a Board Member of the Abu Dhabi Quality and Conformity Council (ADQCC) and the Abu Dhabi Vocational Education and Training Institute (ADVETI). At DMT, he spearheads policy innovation, operational excellence, and human capital development in line with Abu Dhabi’s long-term vision.

Previously, Dr. Al Nasri held senior leadership roles within ADNOC Group, including CEO of ADNOC Gas Processing, Director of ADNOC Group, and Chairman of the Board for ADNOC Technical Academy and ADNOC Schools. He also served as a Board Member at Borouge.

Dr. Al Nasri holds a PhD in Economics from Griffith University, a Master’s in Economics from California State Polytechnic University, and a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering from the University of Arizona. He is a graduate of Harvard Business School’s Senior Executive Leadership Programme and a Wharton Fellows Ambassador.

A prominent voice in national development, he is a strong advocate for youth empowerment, sustainability, and education in STEM disciplines.
