Ghiya holds the position of Chief Commercial Officer for the Middle East & Africa within Honeywell's Global Regions. In this role, Ghiya is responsible for developing growth strategies, driving commercial excellence, forging strategic partnerships, and serving key accounts to continue fueling Honeywell’s growth and enhancing capability across the region.

Since joining Honeywell in 2010, Ghiya has progressed through multiple roles, encompassing sales, engineering, customer and product support, and account management, initially in the United States and later in the Middle East, before advancing to the Corporate Commercial team. In her most recent role as Senior Director of Strategic Account Management, she played a pivotal role in ensuring that Honeywell’s entire portfolio of advanced technologies and services delivered maximum value to its most strategic customers.

Ghiya's expertise covers a broad range of sectors and industries globally, such as aerospace, energy, infrastructure, retail, and manufacturing. She brings extensive knowledge and a wide network to help customers meet their objectives.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University and is proficient in English and Arabic, with a working knowledge of Spanish.
