Dr. Hesham Nour Eldeen
Dr. Nour Eldeen brings over 30 years of extensive international experience in the design, management, and construction of bridges, tunnels, and rail infrastructure projects. He currently serves as the Structures Director at AECOM Middle East, where he leads major structural initiatives across the region.
Dr. Nour's global portfolio spans multiple countries, reflecting a diverse and comprehensive expertise in both the design and execution of a wide range of bridge and tunnel types. His notable contributions include the design of complex multi-level interchanges incorporating bridges and tunnels, such as the Expo Route Interchanges in Dubai, Al Raha Beach Interchanges in Abu Dhabi, and the Lusail Project in Qatar.
His specialization extends to the design and construction of sophisticated segmental and cable-stayed bridges. Key projects include the North Manama Causeway (Bahrain), Bandra-Worli Sea Link (India), Jamarat Bridge for Pilgrims (Saudi Arabia), Sungai Parai Cable-Stayed Bridge (Malaysia), and both the Suez Canal and Aswan Cable-Stayed Bridges (Egypt).
