David Harman is the Chief Development Officer at Modon Real Estate, where he leads the Central Abu Dhabi development portfolio. With more than 20 years’ experience in the real estate sector, David has successfully delivered multi-billion-dollar, large-scale developments across the UAE and prominent Central London locations.

His expertise lies in the full life-cycle delivery of complex masterplans, incorporating mixed-use developments as well as mid-market to super-prime residential, commercial office, and retail projects. He has a strong track record in luxury residential and is recognised for his ability to scale development operations and build robust, multi-billion-dollar sales rollout programs and development pipelines.

David is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Development & Town Planning
