H.E. Abdulla Al Blooshi is the Executive Director of the Planning and Infrastructure Sector at Abu Dhabi’s Department of Municipalities and Transport. He is responsible for the Emirate’s long-term vision in urban planning and works to enhance seamless coordination among various entities involved in urban development, aiming to bridge the gap between plans and on-ground execution. Prior to this role, he headed the Capital Projects Operations Sector at the Abu Dhabi Projects and Infrastructure Centre (ADPIC), managing a multi-billion-dirham portfolio that accelerated housing, mobility, and community facilities projects. Earlier, he served as Director of the Capital Projects Planning Department at the Abu Dhabi Executive Office, where he worked on transforming national aspirations into tangible results through on-time and within-budget delivery of capital projects. At the inaugural Abu Dhabi Infrastructure Summit, organized by ADPIC, he will outline how integrated planning, disciplined execution, and cross-sector collaboration can ensure a resilient, people-centered future for Abu Dhabi
